Our rates are affordable, it's only a one-time charge, and integration with your account is totally painless.
How it works
- Tell us what you need.
- We'll get back to you with some questions, and recommendations of how it will look like.
- We draft a proposal, and an estimated time for completion.
- You tell us ok, and go about your business.
- When the work is done, log in to your account, and start using the custom module.
Here are some examples of what can be done:
Automated Reminders
If you need to remind customers for things like their next visit for a pets vaccination, health spa membership expiration nearing, or renewal for an auto insurance policy - then we can build a custom task module that will send out Email or text message reminders to your customers.
Mail Merge Documents
Create Microsoft Word documents that will merge with your ClientScribe data. Then, it becomes a matter of selecting a customer, a document, and printing.
Reports
You may need a report that combines your customer info and presents it in a specific way. Tell us how you would like it look, and we'll create a template that can be used anytime.
Customer Web page
Give your customers a personalized Web page that they can visit and see information from your ClientScribe data. They will get a Web address that can be accessed from their browser to view realtime data.
